Welcome to IHBC! The Christmas season is upon us and we believe in doing the holidays right!  All December we’ll be fully immersed in Christmas spirit, preaching Christ’s birth, and singing Christmas songs!  See our video of what you can expect:

We have plans for our Tree Lighting and Caroling 12/4, DIY Winter Sign Workshop 12/7, Women Together Christmas Cookie Exchange Party 12/9, Children’s Choir Performance 12/15, Christmas Fest 12/20, and a Christmas Eve Candlelight Service 12/24!  See more info about Christmas events here.

Our Christmas sermon series starts 12/8. We’ll be discussing “Earth’s Anticipation,” “Heaven’s Answer,” and the birth of the newborn King, “Where Heaven and Earth Collide.” We gather Sundays at 11 a.m. for Worship, 9:45 a.m. for Sunday School.  You’re invited to join us!  To have a look around, start here.

We’re a growing, multi-generational family of believers in Jesus Christ.  We’ve experienced God’s healing in Jesus and we want to share that with you!  We’re saved by faith in His gospel, united to Him by His Holy Spirit, and committed to living according to His teaching.  Meet our pastor, who serves the church under the headship of Jesus Christ, here. View our informational brochure to find out more about opportunities for fellowship.

Committed to the Word

We’re a church who loves and reveres the Word of God.  We pick a book of the Bible and each Sunday morning we work through the text to grow in our understanding of God’s revealed Word.  Our pastor, Chad Hussey, is currently preaching a special three-part Christmas sermon series.

All Sunday sermons can be viewed here.

The church body at IHBC is comprised of a diverse gathering of neighbors, friends, and families from all over Grant County.  If you’re looking for a place to belong, you’ll find a warm and loving community of friendly people at IHBC.

IHBC loves kids and families, and we love children’s ministry!  Our children’s ministry, which we call Kids LAB (Kids Learning About the Bible) meets for interactive Bible lessons every Sunday.  This year we also had a fantastic Vacation Bible School!

United by Joy

United in Christ, we’re committed to loving God and loving one another.  From the youngest to the oldest, we’re thankful for the abundant ways the Lord blesses us and we live with a zeal for life and excitement for the future.  Our highest desire is to be faithful to Jesus Christ, living according to His word, by the aid of His Holy Spirit, for the glory of His name.  See our Vision and Covenant here.

If you’re looking to deepen friendships through life together with other Christians, or you desire to experience the healing of Christ through a relationship with His Church, this is a great place to start making friends!  Beginning again in January, our weekly Wednesday night fellowship will gather for snacks and coffee, music, study discussion, and prayer.
